In 2017, Miles and Remington started thinking about building a coffee business. Both had entrepreneurial backgrounds - Miles in marketing and entertainment, Remington in fitness and licensing - and were hungry to chart a new path and build something from scratch.

Lifelong daily coffee drinkers, their big idea was in figuring out how to offer “the freshest coffee” to people who make coffee at home. Freshness starts the moment coffee is roasted and bagged. So why buy it from the grocery store (or any store) where it grows stale sitting on shelves? Why not order direct from the roaster?

They tested the waters with a successful Kickstarter in 2017, taking a headfirst dive into importing, roasting, and shipping coffee. 

Remington's Uncle operated a coffee roasting facility that provided early access to fresh roasted coffee, but in 2018, the facility was forced into the sale. Miles and Remington decided it was now-or-never, and pulled together every resource they could to purchase the roastery and continue its legacy of roasting premium specialty coffee.  

Our Team of roasters are the backbone of our business. Our head roaster Juan has been roasting coffee for 25+ years. Mike, Jaime & Fausto have been working at this roastery for 15+ years. Walter, Angel, Fluencio, Chris & Cip make sure every batch is freshly packed daily to ensure your order is delivered on time and always fresh.
